Your listing
You must be authorized to market the vacancy, provide accurate information, keep availability current and comply with applicable housing and anti-discrimination law.
Renter interactions
Owners and managers remain responsible for screening, showings, leasing decisions, pricing, deposits, property condition and legal compliance. The platform may match renters to inventory but does not guarantee a tenancy or transaction.
Network relationship
Listings may appear across connected rental acquisition surfaces while using one underlying inventory and management record.
